WHAT TO EXPECT

1.
INTAKE

Prior to our initial meeting, you will receive a set of required intake forms. These forms serve to provide a comprehensive understanding of your dietary requirements and medical history, which in turn helps us tailor our approach to meet your individual needs. Additionally, you will receive customized assessments and questionnaires that align with your dietary goals and objectives. You can either complete these prior to our first session or we can work through them together during the session. If you find the process overwhelming, we are here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.

2.
FIRST SESSION

During our initial session, we will review any completed assessments and questionnaires together. The nutritionist will ask questions and actively listen to the client's needs and objectives. Three dietary recommendations and one lifestyle change goal will be provided, and an email summarizing the discussion and confirming the next appointment will be sent.

3.
SECOND SESSION

In the second session, the nutritionist will present their in-depth findings and recommendations based on their research and analysis of the client's current diet. They will provide a holistic, customized 5-day meal plan, including recipes, lifestyle changes, recommended herbs, and supplements. Relevant resources such as literature, handouts, and websites will also be shared. Short- and long-term goals will be defined, and subsequent appointments will be scheduled.

4.
FUTURE SESSIONS

In future sessions, the client's progress will be reviewed, and adjustments made as necessary. The nutritionist will provide new handouts, meal plans, diet directions, or recipes to support the client's goals. A detailed follow-up email summarizing the discussions and confirming the next appointment will be sent after each session.
