SUPERFIT CORPORATE

Each employee participant receives personal, individualized attention to their needs and modifications are provided based on fitness level for every exercise​

SuperFit provides participants with a customized nutrition plan created with their individual needs in mind. This nutrition plan, along with fitness progress and body fat index is used to track overall improvement.

SuperFit engages participants in quarterly Six Week Team Body Transformation Challenges in addition to weekly classes, along with RIPPED and Zumba offerings, to keep clients engaged
